We tasked Dennis Miller Homes with building our dream vacation home in Sand Hollow. Dennis worked very closely with us for months to nail down the perfect custom design that would maximize our amazing views, and utilize all of the space on our beautiful 1/2 acre lot. Dennis is incredibly patient, and is a total professional, always willing to go back to the drawing board to tweak the design according to our needs. The end result turned out to be an absolute masterpiece, and we couldn’t be happier with our beautiful home.
We started the building process in November 2019, and we worked very closely with Tyler. Tyler really impressed us from day one, always working as our advocate and making sure every little detail was completed 100% to our liking. To say we can be a little “picky” is a massive understatement, but he always delivered, and was always patient and professional with our many requests and inquiries. Since we live 4 hours away, Tyler served as our eyes and ears on the project, always willing to send pictures of the progress, and was amazingly capable of anticipating issues that inevitably arise, and fixing them before we ever had a chance to worry about them. He also had many suggestions along the way that turned out to be very important features that we never would have thought of. Building a custom home from 4 hours away can be nerve wracking, but he made the process not only bearable, but really fun for us. Our home is incredible, our yard and landscaping are perfect, pool, fire pit, & pickleball court are all perfectly placed to give us the ultimate vacation gathering place for our entire family.
