As Southern Utah continues to grow so does its construction sector. through the building leading very own building industry conference was held this month. Known to be one of the largest conferences that emphasizes in a variety of core and professional educations the world and it’s presented by SUHBA.
Inbound 2012 was held in Boston at the Hynes Convention Center and was a very impressive event. From stellar keynotes and business talks to rocking after parties, this conference was a unique journey into the art and science of inbound marketing.

General Breakfast Session
Elliot F. Eisenburg
Elliot was extremely informative and well put together. He had a way of making numbers and economics entertaining. The common theme to his message was that the “economy was doing ok.” Gas is cheaper and people are spending more money as its result. As an economy as a whole there is more wealth being distributed and interest rates are lowering. The largest house home debt is student loans. Economists are seeing a trend with higher levels of debt equalling a higher level of default.
Corporate investing is slowing down but is on the rise. The household market is driving the economy. This was great news for those attending the conference. Though as a whole we know times are getting better, it was a sense of relief for many to see the hard numbers.

Their purpose is to improve the general performance and energy efficiency of each new home.The biggest source of energy loss in newer homes is through infiltration or air movement into and out of the home. Air infiltration can move significantly more heat into or out of a home than on move through even poorly insulated walls, floors, and attics.
